Author: Have travelled the world quite a bit but food in tourist traps or restaurants is often not what you may eat at a local family home.
Interested to hear what people eat around the world for a normal weekday dinner at home and where they live.
I will award the points to those that make me hungry for dinner at their house with a dish I have never had. Maybe even a simple dish I have had with a local twist!
In my opinion the sour cream served at restaurants taste way better and is more rich and fresh tasting than the sour cream that we buy from the store? I have been searching for restaurant quality sour cream at stores for a long time now but I can’t find any! Do you know where restaurants get their sour creams from? Do they make it fresh themselves? Why does it taste sooo much better and different compared to the sour cream that is store bought?
