Do you have a good site to go to my education and help me follow my ideas for dinner theater? I have the idea, the charecters and the story, but how can I write something that gets better and interactive?

Sounds like fun. Perhaps you could invite a small group of actors over to your house for a murder mystery dinner. Assign each a character beforehand, with a brief bio. Everyone has to stay in character all night, improvising and interacting. You can moderate as necessary. At the end of the evening, you can reveal the killer if you wish. Maybe you could have a rap session with the actors, to see what worked and what they liked.
That may give you enough of a structure to begin. I performed in such a show. The host set up the premise in front of the audience. We were just given our character breakdown, and a clue or two to drop at various points throughout the evening. We weaved throughout the tables, talking to people informally about ourselves, while they ate. The host would break in every once in a while to give a bigger piece of information, then revealed the killer at the end. Each one of us had a short monologue to perform at the climax. It really was mostly improvised with a loose structure. Good improv actors can make this work. I believe each table had a card to fill out, and had to guess “whodunnit”. Good luck.
